Our family visit the Knaresborough branch. Homely and comfortable yet very professional, nothing is too much for them!! I wasn’t keen on any of the frames for my last pair of glasses so Karen listened to what I wanted, ordered some different ones in for me to try and then I struggled to choose as they were all fab!! Garrey is excellent and very experienced and puts you at ease. I would highly recommend!!

Brilliant experience. Took my daughter for dyslexia colour overlay check and they could not have been nicer. She was very nervous because of a bad experience elsewhere but they clearly do this a lot and made her feel at ease and were very professional. Very grateful because they squeezed her in in a day they were not meant to be working so thank you. Highly recommended.
